KIKS Vacation Rentals provides a platform connecting property owners ("Hosts") with travelers seeking vacation rentals ("Guests"). We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between Hosts and Guests but are not a party to any rental agreements.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

Host Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property descriptions and availability
• Maintain properties in safe and habitable condition
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries
• Honor confirmed bookings

Guest Responsibilities

• Treat properties with respect and care
• Comply with house rules provided by the host
• Report any issues or damages promptly
• Respect neighbors and local community
• Provide accurate guest information

Payments and Fees

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. Service fees apply to bookings as outlined in our pricing structure. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Services

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on KIKS Vacation Rentals, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability of properties, or the conduct of users. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
